He believes that electronic communication is the key to unlocking a wealth of information. That information, both good and bad, can be harvested to learn how to react and build relationships with your audience and your target market.

Craig has over 25 years experience working with technology, with over 10 of these years spent as a manager and company owner. He is active as an Ambassador for his Chamber of Commerce, and he enjoys public speaking, online poker and the Buffalo pro sports teams, and yeah, he knows how futile that is…
